The Journey

Arizona trip '09 323

Our journey of joy, happiness and wholeness starts when we decide to let God’s Word, power and presence affect us more than the darkness we see around us.

I may be no one in the world’s eyes, but in my Father’s eyes I am His called-out one, His anointed one, the apple of His eye. He has showered me with His blessings, revelation and love so that I can give out what He has given to me.

I am the salt to season and the light to point the way. I am His beloved, His bride, His overcomer – full of joy, confidence and truth. He has given me His victory over this life I live. He has filled me with His peace and His presence. I am no longer my own, but His – to do His will while I am still upon this earth. My love-bond with my creator grows stronger and sweeter every day. I sit in the heavens with Him and laugh because I am in Him.

It’s no longer I that lives, but Christ who lives in me. I was purchased with His precious blood and will forever be grateful. I worship Him with all of my being. I am no longer afraid of what man can do to me or of what trials I may go through. I am safe and secure in His mighty arms of love.

He is my life, my breath and all that I will ever need in this life and throughout eternity. My heart yearns only for Him because He alone satisfies my soul.

Author: Commune In The Garden

I was radically saved in the darkest point of my life as a young adult. I've been a lover and disciple of Jesus ever since. I have 3 grown children (1 in heaven) and 4 grandchildren. I am so thankful for everything the Lord has brought me through and done in my life. My desire to write has been with me since childhood. Besides writing, my desire is to teach and encourage the Body of Christ "till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;" Eph.4:13.
